We were thrilled when we arrived at The Darling and were upgraded to a luxurious penthouse suite for our anniversary celebration. The room was impeccably clean and offered a stunning view of the city. The convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the casino and Broadbeach, made exploring the area a breeze. The modern facilities in the room, including two ovens and a dishwasher, added an extra touch of convenience to our stay. The quality of the breakfast on level 19 was exceptional and left us satisfied. We also appreciated the filtered water tap, which was a nice touch. The staff treated us like royalty and made us feel special throughout our stay. we had a fantastic experience at The Darling and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Although there were some minor inconveniences during our stay, such as the bright light switches in the room and the absence of valet parking, they did not overshadow our overall positive experience.

There was only one minor issue with the check-in process, taking up to 20 minutes and only the one staff member on duty to check guests in. the rooftop pool only gets the morning sun, and it gets quite windy, cold and shaded in the afternoon.
